How Reserviz works

Each subscriber can set up Reserviz to suit their own business.

Get started quickly by using the suggested standard settings created for you
during sign up.

With simple choices that you can change at any time, use Reserviz for
meeting room scheduling, as appointment scheduling software, or as
hot desking software.

Settings can be fine-tuned at any time by making simple choices. You can choose to
add your own logo, send automatic reminders, allow users or customers to view availability,
set your working times,set standard appointment lengths, and more.

 

Your main choice is whether you prefer users to make requests for reservations
which you then approve, or whether you let them make their own
confirmed, direct reservations in available slots.

Click this button if you want to find out more about approving every request for a reservation

The approve requests choice allows you to review every request for a reservation, before approving it.

This choice gives you most control and is best for businesses with administration or reception staff, or for businesses who prefer not to show details of their availability.

Or

Click this button if you want to find out more about allowing users to make their own reservations

The users reserve choice allows the users to see your availability, and make their own confirmed reservations. You do not need to approve every request.

This choice saves you the most time, and gives you an automated reservation system, in which you are notified of new reservations, which users make for themselves.


What if you want to do both? You can combine these two choices: allowing exissting users to make their own reservations, but approving requests from all new users. Find out how here.
